Where are you located? Do you offer local pickup?

Our workshop is located in North Alabama. We do offer local pickup! If you are located in or around the Huntsville, Alabama area, you can pickup your order when it is ready.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Because every product we sell is made to order, your order will be cut and shipped as soon as possible. All orders are produced in the order they are received - there are no additional delays for orders purchased during a sale. Current production time for new orders is 10-12 business days.

What materials do you use to create your products?

All of our laser cut products are made from B/BB grade 1/4" Baltic Birch. This means the face (front) of your product will be free of major defects with the back possibly having a few color-matched patches or plugs. All wood is unique and can cut or etch differently from piece to piece. Therefore, there may be slight variations or imperfections from product to product.

 

If I buy a blank that is 12”, what does that mean?

Our blanks are measured according to the longest side of the blank. If the shape is taller than it is wide, the measurement will be the height of the blank. If the shape is wider than it is tall, the measurement will be the width of the blank.

 

Do 3D Blanks come assembled?

 

No, our 3D blanks will come unassembled and will need to be attached after being painted or stained.

Can I use your photos to advertise?

We do not allow the use of our photos to advertise or promote sales of your products or workshops. We encourage anyone offering our products to paint their own examples or take their own pictures of the product after they order.

 

Do you offer custom custom shapes?

Yes! We can cut a variety of shapes and sizes - not just what's listed on our website. Feel free to email your idea or picture to southernbirchcompany@gmail.com to see if we can help create your vision. Additional fees and minimums may apply. Custom products are not eligible for discounts (including wholesale pricing).

 

Can your Paint by Line blanks come without the engraved design?

Yes! We offer our Paint by Line blanks at no additional cost, but, if you prefer to completely freehand your project, we can cut your blank without the engraving. Just tell us which blanks you'd like the engraving left off of in the order comments box at checkout.

 

Do you accept returns?

 

Because our products are made to order, sales are considered final at the time of purchase. In the event there is an issue with your order, don’t hesitate to contact us so that we can find a solution. 

I need to add something to the order I placed. How can I do this?

 

We can add items to your order up until your order has been packed for shipping. To add to your order, send us an email or message with the products you want to add to your order. Be sure to include sizes, personalization, or any information necessary to create your product. Please be aware additional fees for shipping may apply as more items are added to your order.
