By placing your order, you agree to be bound to all policies found on our website. Southern Birch Company reserves the right to modify policies at any time. Updated policies will be posted to this website.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final at the time of purchase. All orders are fulfilled in the order they are placed, and should be dispatched within two weeks of purchase. Please allow two full weeks after placing your order before requesting an update on your order. Please note, during times of high order volume or around holidays, there may be an additional delay on your order being fulfilled.
