Thank you for choosing Southern Birch Company! Before making a purchase, please read and understand the terms and conditions outlined below.

Because all of our laser cut items are made to order, the turnaround time for orders containing laser cut blanks is 10-12 business days for production. Orders that contain only Blanks for Lasers or other ready to ship (RTS) products are subject to a 1-3 business day turnaround time. This estimate does not include shipping time and is subject to change based on the volume of orders received. If there is a deviation from our standard turnaround time, it will be posted to our Facebook page. 

Please Note: Orders that contain both Laser Cut Blanks and RTS products are subject to the 10-12 business day turnaround time.

Once you place an order and complete the purchase, all sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. We kindly ask that you carefully review your order before finalizing the purchase to ensure accuracy.
